The story behind OTYS

OTYS was founded in 2001, in a small attic, at a time when standard software was far from the norm. The name stands for Off The Incredible Shelf: ready to use, yet anything but standard.

The epsilon symbol in the logo represents people as the heart of recruitment, with the mission: “A better job for everyone.”

Today, OTYS consists of a team of around 55 colleagues, with offices in the Netherlands and Prague, and a strong international culture.
