About Quin
From chartered accountant to Business Development Manager, Quin thrives where people, processes and technology come together. She enjoys untangling complex challenges, spotting connections and building strong relationships, whether that's with customers, partners or colleagues.
Why Harmonizer?
For Quin, Harmonizer isn't unfamiliar territory. She previously worked with the team while living in Australia and, after her adventure at UNSW, decided it was time to return. The freedom to connect complex systems and create tailored solutions where standard software falls short is exactly what motivates her.
It certainly helps that she's joining a great team, with Guido and Thom at the helm. Quin describes them as "the ultimate complementary friends"—a pretty solid foundation for building Harmonizer's future together.
Within Harmonizer, Quin focuses on business development and partner relationships. She loves bringing structure to complexity, identifying opportunities and connecting people.
Her assertiveness, organisational skills and discipline are invaluable in that role. Patience, on the other hand, is still something she's working on, along with learning to let go every now and then. Fortunately, her favourite motto is there to remind her: Trust the process. And if that doesn't do the trick, there's always: If not now, then when?
Did you know...
...Quin lives in Spain with her family? Despite the warm weather, she works out almost every day and can often be found cheering on her children from the sidelines of a football match. To unwind, she enjoys long walks with her dogs, Chico and Scout, or curling up on the sofa with an episode of Young Sheldon or The Big Bang Theory.
