Below are some specific examples and experiences:

• TintelTuin (HRM integration): Harmonizer delivered a successful integration between the HR system AFAS and the recruitment/onboarding system Emply. As a result, applicants are automatically transferred to AFAS as new employees, making the process less error-prone.
  
  
• MoveXM (CRM integration): For MoveXM, Harmonizer developed an integration that retrieves customer data from AFAS CRM on a daily basis, sends out surveys, and feeds the results back into AFAS for insight into customer feedback.
  
  
• Career Control (integration around candidate placements): Career Control used Harmonizer to connect several core systems, including AFAS, to their ATS, praising the speed of implementation and the flexibility of the Harmonizer team.
  
  
• Various ATS providers: Harmonizer works with almost all major Dutch ATS providers, such as Tellent, Jobylon, OTYS, Emply and Jaicob, to automatically forward data from their HR platforms to other systems, with AFAS frequently serving as the target system.
